Alaris Holdings and Alaris Antennas (formerly Poynting Innovations and Poynting Antennas) founded in 1997 as a software and antenna design consultancy based at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

2008

Alaris Holdings (formerly Poynting Holdings) is listed on the JSE AltX.

Alaris Antennas 2015

Alaris Holdings and Alaris Antennas move to new facility in Centurion, South Africa. Alaris Antennas designs, manufactures and sells specialised broadband antennas as well as other related radio frequency products.

Alaris COJOT 2016

COJOT was acquired by the Alaris Group in 2016.

Alaris COJOT was founded in 1986 and is located in Espoo, Finland. The company has 30 years of experience in the design, development and manufacture of innovative antenna products, serving military and public safety markets globally.

Alaris mWave 2018

mWave Industries LLC is acquired by the Alaris Group.

Alaris mWave is based in Maine, USA and is a leading global provider of innovative custom and commercial microwave antenna solutions with special focus on 60, 70, 80, 94 & 110 GHz Millimeter Wave Reflector Antennas.

Alaris USA 2019

Alaris USA LLC is launched in Maine, USA. Alaris USA LLC is proud to provide our North American customers with specialized engineering services and products based on our offerings at Alaris Antennas, Alaris COJOT, Alaris Linwave and Alaris Kuhne.

Alaris Linwave 2021

Linwave Technologies is acquired by the Alaris Group. Alaris Linwave is based in the UK and was founded in 2003 and focuses on the design and manufacture of RF/microwave components and subsystems.

Alaris Holdings Group de-lists from the JSE AltX exchange with a view to seek a possible future international listing.

Alaris Kuhne 2022

Kuhne electronic is acquired by the Alaris Group. Alaris Kuhne, founded in 1994, is an RF and Microwave electronics engineering company, which develops, manufactures, and sells products / components into the healthcare, industrial, radio amateur and defence market segments.

The dynamic new Alaris brand identify and new unified group website platforms are launched.
